We take the things we love about a great NY slice and run them through our own kitchen: naturally fermented dough, chef-driven toppings, bold flavors, really good ingredients, and just enough weirdness to keep things interesting.

The menu is intentionally tight. We would rather make a few things exceptionally well than make everything.
